New blog covering chess in Southampton
Here's the first post in my new blog all about chess in Southampton. I'll be featuring regular updates from the Southampton League, news from Southampton Chess Club, and other chess-related items both local and further afield. This is really just a test post so let's have a photo, shall we?
This is from the start of game 10 in the chess world championship match, in which Viswanathan Anand (on the left) and Boris Gelfand are locked at 5-5 with two games to go. If it's still level after the final two games then the contest will be settled by a series of quick-play tie-breaker games.
